Notes:

1.    Restricted funds are subject to restrictions on their expenditure imposed by the donor or through the terms of an appeal.

2.    The company has opted not to file a copy of their P&L at Companies House in accordance with section 444 of the Companies Act 2006.

3.    The company does not have a share capital.  The liability of the members is limited.  Every member of the company undertakes to contribute such amount as may be required (not exceeding £10) to the company’s assets if it should be wound up while he or she is a member or within one year after he or she ceases to be a member, for payment of the company’s debts and liabilities contracted before he or she ceases to be a member, and of the costs, charges and expenses of winding up, and for the adjustment of the rights of the contributories among themselves.

In preparing these financial statements:

·     For the year ending 31 March 2023 the company was entitled to exception from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies

·     The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476

·     The directors acknowledge their responsibility for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and for the preparation of accounts.

·     These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies’ regime.

Preparation of the accounts was approved at Trustee Committee Meeting on 19 October 2022, presented to AGM on 21 November 2023 and signed on its behalf.
